A Face That Only a Mother Can Love...
One of the things that I love the most about Brittan's photography is the way she strives to capture something authentic. For example, when a child shows a little bit of attitude:
Granted, this isn't going to be the first choice for any parent's picture wall, but it still goes so far in really capturing a unique aspect of the child's personality!
One more example of a similar "capturing the moment" phenomenon - especially among small children. As it so happens, children don't have a "nice, authentic smile" button that you can press to get your desired result. For every good picture, you are likely to have at least three of these:
